We use APC Overnight as standard for UK Shipping. Cut off time for same day dispatch is 1pm Monday – Friday.  Any orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched the following working day.  Please note Saturday and Sunday are NOT working days.  No orders are shipped on weekends.

For all orders in the UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland please allow 10 working days for goods to arrive via ROYAL MAIL before contacting info@hr-labs.co.uk

Missed Parcels

All couriers that we use send updates on where your parcel is and offer delivery alternatives to suit you. Please ensure that you input your correct email address and mobile phone number to allow you full control of your delivery.All deliveries will be attempted three times, on each occasion you will be given an opportunity to re-arrange your delivery to a more suitable time or location.If you do not contact the courier and they have made three attempts it is at this point the items will be returned to the warehouse. We will issue a refund for the goods minus the return postal charge and any additional fees incurred.We advise that you ensure your delivery address is correct; that you have provided a valid email and mobile phone number and that you have selected a delivery address that is convenient (Home or work).
